ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Ability to learn quickly.
Knowledge of the retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Frequent walking.
Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant interaction with staff and public.
Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
