Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am -3pm
Salary: $18.00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Screen Printing Plant Helper and Cleaner. This role supports daily production by assisting with various tasks around the shop, helping with the screen printing process, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist screen printing operators with prep, setup, and takedown of jobs

Clean screens, tools, squeegees, and other equipment

Maintain cleanliness of production area (sweeping, mopping, organizing supplies)

Help with loading and unloading materials

Organize inventory and supplies as directed

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Perform other general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a print shop or warehouse is a plus, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Detail-oriented and dependable

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
