What is PAGU ?

PAGU is an award winning Japanese and Spanish tapas restaurant located in Cambridges innovation hub between Central Square and MIT at 310 Mass. Ave by Chef/Owner, Tracy Chang . It is a restaurant, bar and cafe serving brunch, lunch, and dinner, inspired by Changs experiences with O Ya, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Spanish three-star Michelin Restaurante Martin Berasategui, Guchis Midnight Ramen, and Harvards Science+Cooking course. The menu highlights local ingredients, with a focus on seafood, celebrating the harmony of techniques and flavors of Japanese and Spanish cuisines.

Server Job Description:

Responsible for the daily execution of service to their guests. Prior service experience preferred.
