Third Falcon is a small French restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We were born from a background in fine dining and a particular love and appreciation for the culinary traditions and philosophy of French cooking, eating, and drinking. Think dinner at your French grandmothers farmhouse on the Northern Coast. Were coming in hot with some really special ingredients, honestly prepared to make beautiful, satisfying French cuisine... And in the French philosophy we want to drink well and have good fun doing it. We are introducing our full bar program this Fall and are in search of some friendly, creative, and hardworking bar talent to serve our guests!

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale neighborhood restaurants
• Ability to operate in an organized and efficient manner throughout prep and service, ability to set up and operate a bar according to DOH standards
• Technical cocktail experience, interest in learning more about your craft and teaching others.
• Commitment to service quality, excellence, and sincere hospitality
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, tackle flights of stairs, and lift up to 50 pound
