• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high quality food establishment
• Willingness to learn of Japanese cuisine and service standards
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Attention to detail, and understand of the importance of quality over quantity
• Positive and friendly attitude, and ability to connect with guests

You must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude.
