• Welcome guests while managing timing and attention to detail in a section

• Run food with knowledge of a frequently changing menu

• Learn and retain detailed dish descriptions

• Wine knowledge not required, but beneficial

• Set and reset tables with care and efficiency

• Support smooth service flow and timing

• Maintain a clean, organized dining space

• Communicate clearly with guests and team

• Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to learn

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• Professional but approachable demeanor

• Prior restaurant experience

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
