We are looking for a courteous and compassionate housekeeper to join our dynamic team!

• Qualified applicants for this position will have a friendly demeanor and possess a passion for working with seniors. Lots of great benefits come with this job! $500 sign on bonus ($250 to be given after completing orientation and another $250 after completing 90 days with us.) No late nights, and no working with the general public. The pay rate for this full-time position starts at $14 an hour and also includes the benefits of medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as continued education, PTO, and opportunities for bonuses and growth!

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean common areas in the community, including restrooms, floors, furniture and dusting.

• Restock and replenish supplies to common areas

• Provide light housekeeping to resident apartments, including:

• Clean and sanitize resident bathrooms

• Change and replace resident-provided bed linens and bedding

• Wipe down counters and appliance surfaces

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum resident apartments

• Take out resident trash and replace trash can liner

• Disinfect all common areas including equipment and high-touch surfaces

• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins and transport them to the proper disposal area

• Report any needed repairs to the maintenance department

• Assist and report any resident concerns to staff

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, irons, brooms, washer & dryer
• Must be able to safely lift objects less than 15 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a basic knowledge of the English language for communication with residents and staff
