Schedule: Opening Shift w/Sundays & Mondays Off

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Locker Room Attendant for the female locker room to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the women's locker room, bathrooms, and adjacent fitness areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize locker room areas including showers, toilets, sinks, benches, mirrors, and floors on a regular schedule
• Replace towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities
• Empty trash receptacles and restock paper products (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels)
• Ensure the space remains dry, safe, and free of hazards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in gym equipment areas as needed
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Support additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of walking up stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Must be available for the scheduled shift

Compensation: $19.50 per hour
