What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to guarantee consistent cleanliness and brand compliance
  • Identify maintenance issues or safety concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor supply usage and manage inventory to promote efficiency and minimize waste
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints related to housekeeping with professionalism and urgency
  • Uphold and enforce proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to health and sanitation regulations and internal safety standards
  • Champion a clean and organized housekeeping department
  • Coordinate with the front office, engineering, and other teams to support timely room readiness
  • Keep leadership informed on housekeeping operations, staffing, and performance trends
  • Support in hiring, training, and leading a motivated housekeeping team, including room attendants and public area staff
  • Assign daily tasks, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure coverage for smooth operations
  • Conduct ongoing training on cleaning procedures, guest service, and safety protocols
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to encourage team growth and accountability

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; education in hospitality or business preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, equipment, and supplies
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to work with scheduling and inspection tools
