What You'll Do:As a Beans & Brew Team Member, you'll be key to creating a positive experience for every guest while supporting food prep, cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations. Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with a smile and providing professional, helpful service
Preparing menu items using grill, microwave, fryer, or oven
Handling shipments and stocking products
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, dining area, and menu boards
Following safety, sanitation, and security policies
Completing checklists and procedures for cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
Seeking coaching and guidance to improve skills and understanding of restaurant operations
Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and meet organizational needs
