Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description Support the Supply Chain team in the beauty sector, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction through effective order management and communication. Responsibilities Process orders in the ERP system and respond to inquiries to fulfill customer needs. Coordinate internal and external resources to manage orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing. Communicate unit price, inventory availability, and delivery details. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and monitoring the investigation for root cause and corrective action. Maintain customer accounts by recording requirements and documenting interactions. Meet or exceed performance objectives that enhance Customer Experience. Cultivate partnerships with sales focused on customer relationship management. Interact globally with vendors, internal partners, and customers primarily via email. Support the logistics function by booking inbound/outbound shipments as needed. Coordinate freight invoice payment with a third-party provider. Fulfill customer requests for export shipments and provide updates in the ERP system. Support all roles within the Supply Chain/Customer Service departments. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biology, Psychology, or a related field is required. 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Order Entry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP. Strong customer service and data entry skills. Experience in international operations is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or chemistry is highly preferred. Experience with outbound calls. A positive, service-oriented attitude with intelligence, drive, energy, and enthusiasm. Work Environment Work onsite 4 days a week with 1 remote day of your choice after 90 days. The position is located in a new facility in Darien with a medium-sized office of about 50+ employees. The office houses HR, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Supply Chain departments along with a warehouse. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility.
