We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Dough Production Associate. This role involves early morning shifts, heavy lifting, preparation of ingredients, cleaning, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients for dough production according to company standards. Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Clean and sanitize dough trays, tools, and work areas to maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor ingredient levels and assist with restocking as needed. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality of dough products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working early morning shifts. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation preferred (training available). Reliability and punctuality are a must. Work Environment Fast-paced production setting. Requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Early morning schedule with potential weekend and holiday shifts.
