The associate will be responsible for opening vehicle doors, greeting, promoting a welcoming environment and safe traffic flow of the valet parking operation.Responsibilities:+ Associate must have a pleasant and professional demeanor. Ability to graciously interact with clientele, residents, guests, building vendors, and building management.+ Open vehicle doors for anyone visiting the property.+ Park and retrieve vehicles.+ Assist with carrying groceries, luggage, packages, etc.Requirements:+ High School diploma+ Valid Driver's License+ Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)+ Clear communication skills+ Well-groomed professional appearance+ Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed+ Ability to work in all weather conditions+ Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift+ Must be able to lift up to 30lbs+ Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions+ All other duties as assigned.Who is APC?APC is a full-service hospitality company, providing Front Desk Concierge, Security, Valet Parking, Shuttle and Door Greeter services for residential buildings, healthcare facilities & corporate centers.
