Bartender

Winchester Gardens Social Club is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team!

The Social Club at Winchester Gardens, located in Maplewood, NJ, is hiring a part-time Bartender to join our team. The primary purpose of the Bartender is to assist in all bartending/catering functions as directed to accommodate the guests during service. These functions include preparation and assembly of drinks, food items, servicing of food, storage, and cleanup of food items.

Responsibilities:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are palatable in appearance on a timely basis.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as instructed and in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitary, standard precaution and infection control policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe handling, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Participate in ongoing training related to this topic.
• Assure compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations related to alcohol distribution, consumption, and handling.
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Education And Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• TIPS Certification required.
• Relevant experience preferred.

Schedule: estimated 16 hours per week, Pay $25/ hour
