Compensation for the Front Desk Receptionist

• $18 - $20 Per Hour DOE
• Monday Friday, 7:30am 4 pm
• Direct Hire

Responsibilities for the Front Desk Receptionist

• Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Issue visitor badges and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails
• Pick up and deliver lunches, office materials, and occasional airport runs (Hayden area)
• Perform document scanning, copying, filing, and other clerical duties
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Provide administrative support including creating documents
• Assist with other office-related tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements for the Front Desk Receptionist

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or deliveries (up to 25 lbs)
• Comfortable driving to local destinations as needed
