Job Summary:
Greets guests to a luxurious spa environment, maintains guest and group accounts, assists with facility orientation and actively works to provide guests with a relaxing spa experience. Responsible for ensuring complete client and member satisfaction by providing full guidance and consultation in scheduling, confirmation, and check-out procedures. Maintains clean and organized work areas and well-stocked supply of products. Provides guests with locker, robe/slippers and tour of spa facilities as needed. Typically requires one year related experience in guest service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform opening/closing duties checklists for spa, pool, and health club as assigned for shift.
- Ensure smooth flow of appointments and support spa technicians to optimize guest experience.
- Prioritize revenue opportunities through reservations, up-selling, waiting lists, and scheduling efficiency.
- Keep guests and staff informed on daily scheduled activities and operational changes.
- Manage Naturespa email and voice mail messages to optimize sales and operations.
- Manage spa group reservations and experience.
- Acknowledge weekly Safety Trainings and attend seasonal Guest Service Trainings
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain reception desk, waiting areas, retail shop, fitness center, locker rooms, pool and other recreation areas throughout shift
- Assist guest service concerns as they arise to address any operational problems.
- Inspect and upkeep the facilities including general cleanliness and report equipment maintenance
- Perform duties to maximize safety and minimize risk to self and others.
- Comply with all resort policies, procedures and standards of operations
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics in dealing with guests and co-workers
- Comply with department dress code to include neatness, name tag, and hygiene
- Launder spa linens and fitness center laundry as needed
- Able to receive constructive feedback and training to ensure quality and safety
- Performance of all special projects as requested by spa management or resort management
Job Requirements:
- Good clerical and math skills -required
- Proficiencies in Microsoft systems: Word, Publisher, Excel, One Drive, Outlook - required
- Experience with SpaSoft or other related reservations/POS systems --preferred
- Excellent organization and guest service skills - required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests on an individual and group basis - required
- Must be able to maintain flexibility in schedule to meet guest occupancy and staffing demands to include weekends and holidays -required
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. - required
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
