What This Role Will Do

Assist Restaurant Staff to ensure that all kitchen orders are delivered in prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: performing opening/running/closing duties, cleaning all spills immediately using floor signs to caution guests/staff, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, cleaning and stocking line to par throughout shift. Handling side duties (including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs), clean/assist with maintaining bar equipment, opening/running/closing side duties, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, and ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance.

Minimum Requirements:

• T.I.P.S Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• High volume kitchen operations
• Food Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management
• Kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision making
• High School diploma

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

• Work environment is fast-paced, loud and often stressful
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
