Officina [oh fee she nah], or workshop, is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria. Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.

Key Responsibilities
*Alert Captain to any information or changes relating to the guests
*Have complete knowledge of all product offerings, food and beverage
*Clear and reset tables as quickly as possible
*Check tables to confirm setting completeness
*Stock stations for silverware, glassware, napkins, share plates, placemats and condiments are prepared throughout shift
*Pick up debris and clean spills
*Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas through bussing and quality checks
*Running food and beverages out to tables
*Provide coffee, tea, and water service
Physical Requirements
*Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
*Ability to bend, stoop, and squat up to 15 pounds
*All employees are required to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
