We are seeking a Bartender who thrives as part of the team, bringing warmth, precision, and presence to both bar service and tableside presentations. This is not a stuck behind the bar roleyoull be out on the floor, connecting with guests, showcasing pairings, and helping carry forward the story of this iconic destination.

Craft cocktails and pour wine with precision, elegance, and consistency

Engage with guests through tableside presentations, wine service, and thoughtful recommendations

Support the floor team, stepping beyond the bar to help create a seamless guest experience

Maintain a strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings

Track inventory with care and ensure the bar remains well-stocked and organized

Collaborate closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to uphold the flow of service

Previous bartending experience (fine dining or craft cocktail environment preferred)

Wine knowledge and confidence in making thoughtful recommendations

Inventory-conscious, with an eye for organization and detail

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and elevating the guest experience
