Elite Hail is a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) hail damage repair shop temporarily operating in Amarillo. Were hiring ONE reliable person for a part-time front desk role (~33 hours/week). This is a temporary position expected to last 23 months (or until work runs out).

Location: 5980 Arden Rd, Amarillo, TX 79109
Pay: $16/hour
Type: 1099 independent contractor (see tax note below)
Schedule:
MonFri: 10:30 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Sat: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM
Approx. 33 hours/week

IMPORTANT 1099 TAX NOTE:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. We do NOT withhold any taxes from your pay. You receive your full paycheck (gross pay), and you are responsible for your own taxes (including self-employment/estimated taxes).

What Youll Do:
Greet customers; assist with drop-off and pickup
Schedule and return Enterprise rental cars (driving required; valid drivers license; company provides coverage while driving on our behalf)
Prepare and organize customer paperwork
Conduct vehicle inspections and complete Satisfaction of Repair Reports
Support sales team with packets and document management
Keep the office tidy and organized
Do basic data entry
Coordinate with our Denver office as needed

Requirements:
Valid drivers license and comfortable driving
Reliable, professional, organized
Able to work the schedule listed (no split positions)
Can multitask and stay calm with customers
Basic computer skills; quick learner
