Restaurant Team Member ( Waiter/s Barback

We are seeking dedicated and flexible Restaurant Team Members to join our staff. This all-rounder role includes, but is not limited to, cooking, serving, dishwashing, and barback duties. Team Members will work together to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest service, and a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Cooking: Prepare and cook food items to quality and safety standards.

Serving: Greet customers, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Barback Support: Restock and clean bar/service areas; assist bartenders and servers.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant.

Support teammates by performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in any restaurant role preferred, but not required.

Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Comfortable working in hot, busy, or noisy environments.
