Our receptionists are responsible for greeting people at the front desk, answering incoming calls, managing customer billing requests and other clerical duties. We are seeking bright, pleasant individuals who can be easily trained and take directions from our management team. The ideal candidate will combine a friendly person with a discreet approach to ensure that your experience here is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly manner at all times.

Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor the area of reception and lobby areas to ensure the safety of

guests, staff, and property.

Answering questions about hotel services and facilities.

Direct guests to the appropriate department or person.

Assist guests with luggage, valet parking, and room delivery.

Provide after-hours assistance for room service, housekeeping, and others

as needed.

Know when to refer guests to supervisor or manager.

Know when to refer customers to another company.

Deal effectively with difficult guests or complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
