Tappo is looking to hire an experienced and professional person for a kitchen expo position. The kitchen expo responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Finishing touches for each dish
*Restocking and retrieving essential stocks and food items for cooks
*Acting liaison between cooks and front of house
*Communicating and organizing food tickets
The kitchen expo must be very well organized, have good communication skills, and the ability to think and act quickly during dinner service.
