GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT - Private club environment
Essential Responsibilities
Prepares golf carts for play in accordance with existing standards.
Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.
Welcomes golfers to the property.
Golf bag handling and club cleaning.
Receives and inventories rental clubs from guests upon completion.
Conducts Player Assistant duties including retrieval of lost and found items.
Performs practice facility duties such as: stocking practice balls, aligning bag stands and crates, picking balls from landing area, maintaining ball inventory throughout day, and moving items off range tee in advance of mowing.
Washes golf carts following play in accordance with existing standards.
Informs supervisor of cart damage and items needing repair or replacement.
Regularly maintains a clean work space.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Assists other departments as necessary.
Communicates with other team members and departments.
Performs other duties as required
