Experienced Servers - Oakland Restaurant Dinner Shifts ($17/hr + Tips)

Marica Restaurant is a family-owned, casual fine dining restaurant in Oakland, CA. We are known for our warm hospitality, quality food, and professional service and were looking for talented servers to grow with our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy delivering a polished guest experience, we want to meet you.

What Were Looking For:

• Experienced servers with strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Casual fine dining background: multi-course service, coursing, wine presentation, bartending
• Strong multitasking skills : answering phones, checking in reservations, bussing tables, running food, and assisting colleagues
• Expert knowledge of food and menu items to guide and inform guests
• Comfortable using POS systems (we use Square POS)
• Experience managing reservation platforms (we use Yelp Reservations)
• Food Handlers Certificate (or ability to obtain one quickly)
• Availability to work 45 dinner shifts per week
• Lead server candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• Work closely with the owner and colleagues to continually improve guest experience and team service flow

• Dinner shifts only (we are not open for lunch)
• Shifts run from 4:30pm to 9:30pm/10:00pm
• Evening and weekend availability required

• $17 per hour + tips
