Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the FOH team in Restaurant operations.
- Keeps the BOH workspace tidy and in order.
- Setting up BOH areas each day to the House standards.
- Closing FOH/BOH areas each day to the House standards.
- Running food to the correct tables.
- Provide detailed descriptions of delivered food products. Must possess a strong knowledge of food and be able to articulate about the menu.
- Ensuring stock rotation of perishables - sauces/condiments/jams in the BOH.
- Responsible for organization of stock in around the expo in the BOH.
- Serves a quality food product.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule.
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume area.
