Guest Service Agents are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. Additional Responsibilities include assisting with bicycles Rentals, distribution of beach kits, and running guest items and amenities to assist the front Desk. This role will assist in holding doors and supporting the drive when business demands.

Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
On-property shuttle transportation to casitas, courts, Oystercatchers, and Bayside Pool
Handing guest packages and deliveries to guestrooms
Acts as a hotel concierge and knowledge of offering in the Tampa area
Needs to be able to lift 50 pounds or more
