Sous Chef Requirements:

• 2 years prior experience in a Sous Chef position
• HANDS-ON Chef with a background used to systems and routines
• Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
• Experience in quality scratch kitchens
• Used to very high-volume sales
