Receptionist

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Lebanon .

This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM , with pay ranging from $18-22 per hour .

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

• Represent the NIRVC brand with a friendly and positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills

• Outgoing, approachable, and professional demeanor

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
