We treat workers with respect, so we need workers that do their job with passion and treat people with respect.

We are in need of 1 cleaner, for just 1 day per week.

This opening is ideal for someone who stays close to Columbia, TN

It takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to clean the facility.

You will be cleaning small office, lobby, kitchen and small bathrooms. This is not a hard job. You do need to be able to walk, bend, mop, dust mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, etc..

We don't pay hourly; we pay for the job to be done.
This work should be done any time before 3 p.m. The cleaning can be done on the day of your choice (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

From the very outset, I have some questions to ask you:

You will need:

- A state ID or Drivers License and a social security card.

What Are The Payment Terms?

- You will either be paid bi-monthly or once monthly (This is your choice).
- You will have no taxes taking out during the year.
- You will be doing sub-contracting work. This means you will have no taxes taking out during the year. It will be your duty/responsibility to file your taxes. Once again, you will be provided with a 1099 form at the end of the year.

Remember: You must have dependable transportation.
