• Provide water and bread to tables upon arrival, or requested by table.
• Clears plates, silverware, glassware, etc. from dining tables.
• Ensures all service stations in the dining room are stocked and ready for service.
• Ensures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for service.
• Assists servers/bartenders as needed during service, ensuring a smooth shift.

Busser Qualifications:

• Must be able to carry a drink tray with filled glasses.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be organized and be able to communicate effectively during the shift.
