Responsibilities:

Prepare and package foods per recipes and standards

Maintain kitchen sanitation and complete clean-up

Work weekends as scheduled

Follow Co-op policies and procedures

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Attend staff meetings, assist with inventories, and complete evaluations

Stay up to date with communications and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends

2+ years large-batch cooking, catering, or retail food prep (deli experience preferred)

Strong knife skills and safe food handling knowledge

Customer service and team-oriented experience

Ability to work independently with good judgment

Enthusiasm for food and Co-op values

Must become a Co-op member

Pay: Starting at $17/hour + $250 bonus after 90 days
