Revolution Hall is looking for individuals to join our Guest Services and Security team. These positions provide one of the first and last experiences our guests have with our staff, and your role has the ability to influence the oue of our guests' evening. This is a high energy job for someone who likes to be physically active and enjoys interacting with strangers. If you like people and live music this is the job for you! Event staff/security experience are a plus, but not required. This is a great job for folks looking to be more involved in the live music business, that want a nice enjoyable environment to work in.

Positions available offer part-time hours, based on our show calendar, usually 15-30 hours a week. Typical shifts will be evening focused between the hours of 5pm-1am, with some occasional daytime shifts.

Job Duties Include (but aren t limited to)

Being genuinely nice and engaging with guests

Greeting guests as they arrive, ID and bag checks

Enforcing house policies such as age or capacity restrictions.

Monitoring guest behavior, and injecting yourself (when necessary) to maintain the safety or general vibe of the event. Your default should be nice and understanding but with the confidence to be able to enforce the rules in a firm, professional but pleasant way.

Assisting guests with finding seating, restrooms, beverages, food...etc.

Venue cleanup

Bussing tables

Adjusting auditorium layout for seated vs standing room shows

Setup and breakdown of house furniture and equipment for shows and events

Occasionally receiving crowd surfers safely in the barricade during high energy shows

Most importantly, ensuring all guests feel wee and are ultimately able to have a good time while they are attending an event with us.

*** DPSST (Event and Entertainment) certification as well as OLCC and Food Handlers cards are required within the first 30 days of employment (FYI we will assist you with DPSST certification). ***
