Our client is located in Green Bay and is looking to add a Receptionist/Office Assistant to their amazing team!

Responsibilities:

Your main duties will be working at the front desk as the face of the company both over the phone and in person. Secondary duties will include assisting the accounting department with basic tasks along with anything else that needs to be done throughout the office.

Answer and screen and direct incoming calls

Greet and assist walk in visitors or traffic, sign in visitors, assist with employment applications, etc.

Open and close the office daily, order office supplies, keep the front area looking professional and clean

Send in daily deposits, sort and disburse the mail daily, handle incoming and outgoing deliveries

Match bi-weekly accounts payable checks and prepare for mailing to vendors

Assist with daily invoicing

Review and upload credit card receipts for expenses

General Information:

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Direct Hire

Pay: $24/hour-$25/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Experience handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system is required

Prefer Prior experience in a customer facing role

Must be outgoing, have outstanding customer service skills and represent the company professionally in all aspects

Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

Attention to detail and the ability to work well with data entry and numbers

Work well independently, self motivated yet not afraid to ask questions

Multi-task, prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, savvy to learn new software

Reliable with stable work history
