Job Location: Terminal Bar, Denver, CO
Compensation: $15.79/hour
Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends required

Terminal Bar is more than just a stop for a drink; it's one of Denver's busiest gathering places, located in the beautifully restored ticketing office at Union Station. Bartenders work in the center of the city's energy: the daily buzz of travelers, sports fans, and concertgoers moving through Denver's historic transit hub. The space pairs period-correct design details from the station's turn-of-the-century heyday with a modern menu of craft cocktails, Colorado microbrews, and casual eats. For bartenders, this is a chance to be part of an iconic venue with nonstop action in the heart of LoDo.
Position Summary
The Bartender mixes and serves beverages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner while overseeing the security of liquor, cash, and checks. As the face of Terminal Bar, bartenders provide attentive guest service, maintain an efficient andanized bar, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
Offer rmendations to guests, including food and drink pairings
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, origins, and preparation methods
Monitor guest satisfaction and alert management to concerns orplaints
Support responsible alcohol service, including monitoring guest intoxication
Set up, maintain, and break down the bar before and after service
Keep all bar areas clean,anized, and stocked with supplies
Assist teammates with side duties and cross-department tasks as needed
Comply with allpany policies and procedures for Food & Beverage operations
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
One year bartending experience preferred
High-volume bartending, craft cocktail knowledge, and strong guest interaction skills preferred
Ability to maintain a positive, professional, team-player attitude
Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws and safe alcohol service practices
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
Work may include crowded, noisy, and fast-paced conditions
