Fine Dining Staff - Front of House - New Tapas&Wine Bar -Serving Craft Cocktails- Downtown Ta

Our NEW Downtown Ta Tapas Bar is seeking Fine Dining Staff to join our team. You'll use your knowledge and skills to provide incredible dining & bar services to our patrons. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of interacting with the guests is executed cheerfully, charmingly, efficiently and professionally.

Positions: Front of House Staff: Cocktail & Tapas Runners, Servers

Please be open to filling any one of the above positions. Note that our Tapas Runners (aka Bandoleras/os) will be more than Expo; they will be interacting with our guests in a critical role that makes this restaurant stand out from others.

Start Date: between now and Sept. 4th 2025

Shift Time: AM shift from 9:30/10:00am - 4:00pm OR PM shift from 4:00pm to 10:00/11:00pm

Work Location: 1520 Pacific Avenue

Compensation: starting at $18 per hour + tip split

Hours: Part Time, Regular (hourly) between 22 and 30 hours per week, estimated. Full time may be available to qualified candidates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent time management; be on time and ready to be a team player

Superb interpersonal skills

A keen eye for details

Available to work evenings and weekends as required

Maintain a polished appearance and positive demeanor

Work well in a team environment

Able and willing to work on your feet

On-the-spot problem solving

Over 21

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with POS systems

Customer service experience

Note: Previous food & wine service experience is preferred, but not required; we will train people with excellent energy and aptitude.

Education & Qualifications

Completion of a food safety course within 2 weeks of hire, or current card

Certification in alcohol service course, within 4 weeks of hire, or current card

Agree to full background check
