Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments in person and over the phone Verify insurance and assist with authorization calls Intake referrals and support billing follow-ups Answer high-volume phone calls and provide general administrative support Be flexible with scheduling and enthusiastic about overtime when needed. Scheduling & Flexibility Requirements Shift availability Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-9:00 PM Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Staff may be asked to stay late (until 8-9 PM) to accommodate same-day appointments Flexibility with start and end times is essential Enthusiasm for overtime is strongly preferred Team members support each other in covering shifts for sick days, appointments, or emergencies Skills Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems Willingness to learn medical terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling systems Dependable and proactive with a team-first attitude Experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles Familiarity with scheduling or office software Interest in healthcare and patient care Basic understanding of insurance or billing (not required) No medical experience required training provided Why Join Us?
