Overview
We are currently hiring Baristas and servers, both full-time and part-time. We will cross train all positions: food runner, expo, counter person and barista.
We are a small family owned Thai restaurant, coffee shop and gluten free/vegan bakery looking for service minded individuals to join our amazing team. We provide all our employees with a city living wage.
We have a hybrid QR code dining/counter/hand held service system for those that do not love QR codes. We specialize in providing great options for people with food allergies and focus on Gluten Free. Our Bakery is all gluten free and mostly vegan. Our ice creams are all gluten free and vegan as well.
Looking For
- Coffee experience is preferable but we are willing to train.
- Basic wine knowledge is beneficial
- Open availability preferred, must be able to work nights and weekends and most holidays. (We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Ability to multi-task and walk quickly.
- Great attitude
- Loves to serve and make connections with our guests. Our customers are mostly regulars.
- Must be TABC and food handler certificate certified, please have these ready for us.
-We provide a great work environment with a zero tolerance policy around harassment of any kind.
Benefits
- Living wage and tips split amongst the whole staff front and back based on hours worked. Pay starts at $21.65/hour and tips are averaging at $2/hour. Pooled across all employees except manager.
- Paid time off after one year regardless of full time or not.
