Prost! German Pub is hiring a Closing Server/Bartender

Prost! German Pub, located on the corner of N. Skidmore and N. Mississippi Ave in the bustling Mississippi neighborhood, is looking to add a closing server/bartender to our team.

Prost! has been a neighborhood anchor for over 15 years, building a strong and loyal base of regulars. We are seeking someone who can work 4 5 shifts per week (6 8 hours per shift). Our goal is to schedule 4 shifts a week, but with vacations and time-off requests, this can occasionally mean 5 shifts. At least 2 3 of those shifts will be closing shifts, which may run as late as 3:30am.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday Thursday: 11am 1am

Friday & Saturday: 11am 2:30am

Job Requirements (among others):

5+ years of bartending and serving experience

Guest-first mentality

Ability to work well with others and take direction

Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and food

Must be capable of both bartending and serving

Able tofortably handle a 6-table section

Weekend availability required

Compensation:

$16.30/hour base wage

Tips averaging $28 $38/hour (give or take)

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants without a minimum of 5 years of bartending and serving experience will not be considered.
