PART-TIME EVENING/NIGHT JANITOR - Three Nights Per Week

Are you organized and able to keep work areas neat and tidy? Do you care about your work and the people impacted by your work? Can you work evenings and nights?

If you are dependable and can work independently, we would like to talk to you. (Work at other locations may be available five days per week.)

EcoClean Commercial Services LLC is looking for a Part-Time Janitor who puts the sparkle in sparkling clean!

Part-Time Janitor EVENINGS ONLY.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

1. Detail dusting desks, ledges, cabinets, chairs, telephones, stairwells and other office furniture and other assigned areas.

2. Damp mopping floors, which entails pushing and pulling a bucket of water on wheels.

3. Vacuuming carpeted areas.

4. Cleaning restrooms, which includes cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks dispensers, etc.

5. Filling dispensers with toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers and soap.

6. Wiping down counters and using cleaners and other cleaning agents to disinfect all fixtures and clean glass.

7. Removing/replacing trash bags at individual workstations, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

8. Other janitorial duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: Staff do not refer clients who do not meet the criteria below.

1. Must have a minimum of 12 months of prior experience in janitorial work within the past three years.

2. Must pass background check and reference check that may include a fingerprint check.

3. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

4. Must have good attendance record.
