Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients needed for pizza toppings, sauces, dough, appetizers, and other menu items.

Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality.

Wash, chop, slice, and grate vegetables, meats, and cheeses as required.

Label, date, and store prepped items correctly to maintain freshness and food safety.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.

Assist with basic cooking tasks during peak hours, including assembling pizzas or preparing bar bites.

Monitor inventory levels of prep items and notify the chef or kitchen manager of shortages.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by food service regulations.

Assist with cleaning duties including equipment, kitchen tools, and prep stations
