About The Role
Tucked beside the 10th tee box with sweeping views of the course, Rosie's On 10 is a charming seasonal concession stand that serves as a wee retreat for our members mid-round. We are seeking a warm, personable, and reliable individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Rosie's Attendant for the summer season.
In this role, you'll be the face of Rosie's offering light fare, refreshing drinks, and a touch of hospitality to members and guests. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who appreciates a relaxed yet refined work environment, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in providing thoughtful, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with a friendly, service-focused attitude
Take orders by phone and in-person from golfers on the course
Prepare simple menu items such as smash burgers, hot dogs, and snacks
Craft basic cocktails and serve non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain cleanliness andanization of the stand throughout the day
Communicate member preferences and feedback to the Food & Beverage team
What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service andmunication skills
Comfortable working independently in an outdoor setting
Basic food prep and cocktail-making ability (training provided)
Reliable, punctual, and presentable at all times
Must be at least 21 years of age and have or can obtain a valid Washington MAST permit and Food Handlers Card
Position Details
Seasonal, available May through September
Full-time or part-time hours available
Primarily daytime shifts; weekend availability required
Uniform and meals provided during shifts
Staff parking available
Limited access to club amenities on certain days
