Job Responsibilities:
As a Hospitality Associate, you will:
Engage Guests - Communicate with residents and visitors using friendly, engaging interaction skills; explain specials, menu items, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
Take & Deliver Orders - Accurately record food and drink orders, enter them into the system, and deliver meals promptly.
Ensure Satisfaction - Anticipate guest needs, ensure meals are enjoyed, and take quick action to resolve any concerns.
Stay Organized & Safe - Practice clean-as-you-go service, maintain sanitary standards, prep salads/condiments, and follow infection control guidelines.
Qualifications:
3-5 years prior serving experience in casual fine dining preferred.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Bartender's license (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
