Job Details NOHO HOSPITALITY GROUP is in search of Guest Relations Agents to join our Guest Relations Team!

Essential Job Functions:
*Flexibility is a must. *Two years of hosting experience.
*Ensure that everyone who calls to make a reservation is made to feel absolutely WELCOME.
*Be an ambassador of hospitality for all services.
*Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
*Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
*Operate Sevenrooms, Resy & OpenTable reservation system to ensure all information entered is accurate, complete and has been approved by management.
*Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.
*Must be able to work weekends.
*Interest in food & dining culture is a plus.
