Job Details Omakase Room-DC is seeking an experienced Dishwasher to join our intimate team in Washington DC. Job Description- Looking for a helper that can work at least 35 to 40+ hours a week
- Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and counter tops.
- Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
- Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand.
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand.
- Washes and peels vegetables and seafood, using knife.
- Be able to grill and steam seafoods.
- Organize supplies and food in storage area.
- Assists chef in order for smooth operation.
- Maintains good attitude under pressure.
- Be able to smile in front of guests.
