SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Working under supervision; this position requires excellent guest service, effective communication with guests & fellow employees and instrumental involvement within ticket sales, guest service, rental department, general housekeeping and an overall commitment to working as a team within our recreation facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering information and assistance.
  • Address questions, concerns, and manage lost and found items.
  • Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of resort facilities, services, and events.
Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality, capable of making guests feel at ease.
  • Must be available to work during the specified hours, including weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

  • Must be able to be on your feet, lifting, bending and stooping for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able lift to 25 pounds
