SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Working under supervision; this position requires excellent guest service, effective communication with guests & fellow employees and instrumental involvement within ticket sales, guest service, rental department, general housekeeping and an overall commitment to working as a team within our recreation facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, offering information and assistance.
- Address questions, concerns, and manage lost and found items.
- Create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for all visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of resort facilities, services, and events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality, capable of making guests feel at ease.
- Must be available to work during the specified hours, including weekends and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
- Must be able to be on your feet, lifting, bending and stooping for extended periods of time.
- Must be able lift to 25 pounds
