Bartender

This position is focused on delivering exceptional guest service through warm, efficient, and knowledgeable food and beverage service, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. The role requires strict adherence to company policies and alcohol service laws, proper use of point-of-sale systems for accurate order and payment processing, and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment. Bartenders are expected to greet guests warmly, mix and serve drinks accurately, restock supplies, follow food safety standards, and maintain full knowledge of menu items and beverage recipes. Attention to cleanliness, presentation, and product knowledge is critical.

The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, including during nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills, the ability to operate various beverage service machines, and a working knowledge of POS systems are required. Physical demands include prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Although there are no supervisory duties, bartenders are expected to train new staff, promote products, and contribute to a team-oriented and respectful work environment. Required certifications include ServSafe Food Handler and a New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit within 30 days of hire.
