Part-time cleaner for 3 Airbnbs - Thusdays & Sundays

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team to clean and manage change overs at 3 vacation rental units in Oceanside on Thursdays and Sundays. I'm looking for a long-term situation. Good communication and reliability are key! Must have reliable transportation and phone. Training wage is $27/ hour.

Starting this week / ASAP.
Must be available every Thursday and Sunday between 11-4 to clean 1-3 units. (Note: we can have 2 cleaners working together, especially if all 3 units need to be cleaned the same day.) Additional cleaning shifts could be arranged on other days of the week until mid/late September while our main cleaner has surgery and recovers.

The units:
Our 2 smaller units are in the same building in Oceanside Village with shared laundry (2 washer / 2 dryer). Must be able to climb lots of stairs to access units and laundry.
- Unit A: 2 bedroom (loft queen bedroom and lower full bed w/ twin trundle), 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 4.
- Unit B: 1 bedroom (queen) 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 2.

Our large unit is one mile away, near the Short Beach. 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom, hot tub on exterior deck. We have professional weekly hot tub maintenance service, but a light chemical adjustment/tidy is needed between guests. Max occupancy 8 (6 adults).

Pay will be hourly for the first month, and can transition to a negotiated flat fee for each unit after that if desired.
