Weekend Housekeeping + Front Desk Support Beachside Hotel

Were a small, 9 room independently-run boutique hotel in Hermosa Beach looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our weekend team. This is a hybrid role with both housekeeping and light front desk responsibilities.

The Role Youll primarily handle guest room turnover and light cleaning of common areas on Saturdays and Sundays, with the option to pick up occasional weekday shifts. Youll also assist at the front desk as needed a great opportunity to build experience in hotel operations beyond housekeeping.

What Were Looking For Weekend availability (Saturday required; Sunday preferred) Some housekeeping experience preferred but not required Good communication skills and a professional attitude Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Interest in hospitality and willingness to help guests when needed
