We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and skills listed below, effective communication skills, excellent time management abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

*Perform data entry tasks to maintain records accurately.
*Maintain and create spreadsheets.
*Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
*Purchasing of materials and other supplies
*Answering calls
*Assist with clerical duties.
*Provide administrative support as needed for various departments

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

*2+years of Receptionist/Front Desk/Data Entry experience
*High school diploma or equivalent
*English speaking. Bilingual in SPANISH preferred.
*Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Word/Adobe/Internet
*Proficient in data entry with diligence for accuracy, able to type 60wpm.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively.
*Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
*The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

Schedule:
*40hrs a week, Monday to Friday
*Pay based on experience
